Sugar Free Farm links & thanks!

Your links to all the latest on Sugar Free Farm…

As a complete newbie to the world of television production, I had no clue what to expect once the grand finale of Sugar Free Farm aired. I thought we’d get a few emails but I was in no way prepared for the excitement ahead. As readers and viewers, you’ve been incredible!

I’m so excited to see how many of you have already committed to my Sugar-Free Evolution, joining the community on Facebook and through the fortnightly Health Tribe mailings. It’s beyond my wildest dreams what a supportive and generous group you are – both to me and each other. It’s also a total thrill to see my recipes being put to such good use, so please keep your pictures coming and I’ll keep sharing!

I’d never have had this opportunity if it wasn’t for the lovely souls at Liberty Bell Productions. The deepest thanks goes out to Jon Connerty, Rod Williams, Sharon Tucker and Claire Judge for giving this first timer such an extraordinary chance. You’re the best!

I knew such a production would take a lot of work yet all too often forget the number of producers, assistant producers and runners, plus the camera, sound and office teams, who make everything, come together. They really do make everything come together while being a wonderful support. Such an amazing group of people that I had the privilege of meeting and working with!

Another big thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. I have truly appreciated every message, email, tweet, post, like and comment. I’ll be sure to keep you posted on all that’s ahead.

Nourishing well wishes,

Angelique

Consult your doctor or health care practitioner for any health problems, and before embarking on any new health regimes, using any supplements or before making any changes in prescribed medications or food programmes.

Part of my work in clinic is to identity and address the root cause which is responsible for the symptoms a client is experiencing. The most common underlying condition I see is unbalanced hormones. Once I noticed that balancing hormones leads to the reduction of so many other symptoms, I knew I had to create a simple plan to help people understand and support their hormones.

Follow the plan
