Mind UK London Marathon 2015
I am honoured to have been invited back for the second time as a guest speaker, along side other inspirational speakers, at the Mind UK marathon runners ‘meet and great’ day.
The event is aimed at empowering the runners (who are all raising money for Mind) with training, warm up and down and endurance nutrition tips.
My nutrition talk covers the foods, drinks and nutrients essential for runners as well as the optimal timings at which to consume them for endurance training and to help run their best race on the London Marathon 2015 day.
