We are doing it again! Round 3 of our Get FLUXED: 8 Week Fitness & Health Challenge is about to start – you don’t want to miss this!

I have teamed up with Flux Fluid Motion, the kettlebell gym specialists, to bring you a 8 Week Fitness & Health Challenge. The Get Fluxed Fitness Challenge is not only about losing weight, its about changing your life for the better. The aim is to help change your lifestyle for long term results!

Whats included in the challenge package?

1 – 2 x FLUX training classes per week at Flux studio on Fulham High Street. There are multiple classes run every day of the week- train when it suits you

2 – 1 x Spinning class per week at Pedal Studio on Fulham High Street

3 – A full physical evaluation at the start of the challenge, which includes:

a. Skin Fold testing

b. A body Composition and B MI evaluation

c. Weight and measurements

d. Before and after photos

4 – A body Composition and BMI evaluation done by me one at the beginning of the challenge as I walk you through the programme, and another at the end of the challenge as I walk you through what to do next.

5 – A diet plan and recipe book specially compiled by me with healthy meal options and delicious recipes

6 – Pentathlon challenges to evaluate your overall strength and fitness throughout the challenge

7 – One induction class for Flux newbies

I will be available throughout the challenge to advise you, inspire you and motivate you while answering any questions you may have.

Part of my work in clinic is to identity and address the root cause which is responsible for the symptoms a client is experiencing. The most common underlying condition I see is unbalanced hormones. Once I noticed that balancing hormones leads to the reduction of so many other symptoms, I knew I had to create a simple plan to help people understand and support their hormones.
