I am thrilled to announce our ‘Forget Stress’ workshop and networking opportunity event series!
Come and connect and learn how to use optimum nutrition and dynamic relaxation exercises in a winning combination to deal with stress and to thrive in a busy urban world.
I have teamed up with Dominique, the founder of BeSophro, who is one of the UK’s leading Sophrologists. She specialises in stress-management and self-development using powerful and effective mind body techniques.
Depending on the individual, stress can manifest itself in many different ways. All the pressures of modern lifestyle such as working long hours, deadlines, eating on the run and the sheer speed at which we live can cause heavy strain and stress on the body.
Together Dominique and I will share our tried and tested techniques in which foods to eat (and which not to), as well as taking you through a simple exercise based on breathing to support you in your daily life and to help you “forget stress”.

The Forget Stress seminar provided an excellent forum to discover fresh techniques and methods to deal with the fast-paced world we live in.
There are many meditation practitioners out there but having a team working with you to not only give you the tools to reduce stress through meditation but also to reinforce your body & mind through proper nutrition is a powerful combination.
