Botanical Name: Pelagonium graveolens. Plant Part: Leaves and stalks. Extraction Method: Steam distillation. Origin: Egypt. Rose Geranium is a hairy perennial shrub, often used in hedgerows, and will stand up to about one metre high (3 feet) with pointed leaves, serrated at the edges and pinkish-white flowers. The oil is pale yellow green. As the name implies, many of the chemical constituents are similar to that of Rose essential oil and while it should not be mistaken as an alternative to Rose, it does have some of the Rose floral notes in a base that is both sweet and herbaceous. For external use only

Botanical Name: Citrus bergamia .Plant Part: Crude Fruit peel .Extraction Method: Steam Distillation .Origin: Italy .Grown in Italy, Bergamot oil is named after the Italian city of Bergamo in Lombardy, where the first oil was sold. Bergamot oil consists of a greenish-yellow tint, accompanied with a fresh, sweet, and slightly spicy- balsamic undertone. Upon ageing, it turns a brownish-olive colour. Uplifting with its deliciously fresh and invigorating citrus aroma. Bergamot blends well with Lavender, Neroli, Jasmine, Cypress, Geranium, Lemon, Chamomile, and Coriander oils. Caution: Do not apply to the skin before going out into the sun as this may increase the susceptibility of sunburn. For External Use Only
